Aka-Iki Limited 阿卡.藝奇有限公司 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data user. We are a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong with business registration number 74542630.

You should review and, if applicable and at your discretion, indicate your consent to the privacy policy of the payment processor, which will not be governed by this Privacy Notice.
5.3 If we transfer your personal data to other persons, we will ensure the confidentiality of your personal data by including confidentiality or other contractual clauses in the agreements with third parties with whom we share your personal data.
5.4 We may share your personal data with anyone other than as described in paragraph 5.1 above if we notify you and receive your consent beforehand.

6.1 Your personal data is securely stored on the servers of Shopify and Digital Ocean in Frankfurt, Germany.
6.2 We have entered into contractual agreements with Shopify and Digital Ocean to ensure that your personal data remains secure. We will maintain security of your personal data and protect your personal data.
6.3 We will keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in paragraph 4.1, subject to a maximum period of 7 years [from 1 January in the calendar year immediately following the date you provided us your personal data]. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your personal data manually from our systems and our data processors’ systems.
