STYLE
Unisex drop. Standard fit, not oversized. Casual and sporty look. Raglan sleeves provide comfort and versatility. The diagonal seams from the underarm areas to the neck ensure unrestricted arm movement, making the hoodie ideal for everyday wear.
Each hoodie comes with interchangeable white and black badges, fitted with sleek black snap buttons. AKA'IKI coordinates are printed beneath the badge on the upper left sleeve. Name logo is printed in small font on the hood, close to its edge. A small snap button at the neck optimises the hood's fit when closed.
The left side-pocket features a zipper, while the right side-pocket has a phone slider. All snap buttons, crafted by YKK in Japan, are sleek, extremely durable, and finished in matte black, adding a refined touch to the garment. A unique hoodie ID is printed in small, grey-metallic font just above the waistband on the right side, adding yet another personalised element to each hoodie.
COMPOSITION & PRINTS
The hoodie is made from top-quality, 100% cotton fabric.
We use high-end silicone vinyl for our custom prints, cut with laser technology and heat-pressed onto the garment in the colour of your choice.
Care
Washing: Gently hand wash your AKA'IKI hoodie in cold water or use the delicate cycle of your washing machine. Avoid fabric softener and use neutral detergents, as harsh chemicals can damage the fabric.
Drying/Ironing: Do not tumble dry. Instead, lay your hoodie flat or hang it on a clothesline to dry. Avoid direct sunlight. Iron max 110°C, without steam. Do not iron directly on the print sections.
Badge: The badge and its NFC chip are waterproof and can withstand any rainstorm you encounter on your journeys. However, do remove the badge before washing your hoodie. To clean the badge, use a soft cloth.

Our hoodies undergo thorough quality inspections, including tests for material strength, colorfastness, seam integrity, and trim durability, to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Our garment manufacturer in Vietnam is certified with the “OEKO-TEX Standard 100”, and our quality inspections are conducted by TÜV-SÜD.
SHIPPING
We expect your order to be with you in 10-12 working days. Upon application of all personalisation features, your order will be delivered by International Express in 3-5 working days to most major cities, depending on the destination country / region.
The total amount you pay when completing your order already includes international shipping fees. Yes, that's right, AKA'IKI will cover all shipping expenses for you.
We want the start of your journey with AKA'IKI to be a happy one and agreed with our logistics and shipping partners that we will also cover any duty fees and taxes for you. You will not be required to pay any additional import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees or any other duties specific to your country or region whatsoever.
Tracking details will be emailed to you after application of all personalisation features.
PACKAGING
The packaging materials for AKA'IKI shipments were chosen very carefully. We do not use any plastics or plastic derivatives at all.
Our shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard and are FSC certified, ensuring that the paper traces back to responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
The small envelope protecting your replacement badge is the only other packaging we use. It is made from food-grade waxed paper. The paper is recycled and the surface wax is decomposable.
RETURNS
You may return any faulty item purchased on aka-iki.com within 10 days of the delivery date. We will assess the product right away and provide you with a replacement or a refund. Here's what you need to do:
(1) Let us know via email (hello@aka-iki.com) within 10 days after you received our shipment that you will return the faulty item. Please include the order number, briefly describe the fault and attach a picture.
(2) Send the faulty item within 10 days after receipt in its original packaging, with original product tags and any promotional gifts included, to the following address:
